Order Status
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. You may also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Order Changes
Order changes are only possible before the order enters processing. Once processing begins, no changes can be made.
To request a change, contact us immediately through the Contact Us form or live chat. We cannot guarantee changes once your request is submitted.
Returns & Exchanges (Strict Policy)
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions only:
* Item must be purchased directly from our online store
* Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* All original tags and packaging must be intact
* Request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, custom items, and select merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
After 24 hours, production and fulfillment begin, and all sales are final.
If you need to cancel, you must contact us within the 24-hour window. No exceptions will be made.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive both email and SMS tracking notifications (if a phone number is provided).
Please allow standard processing and shipping times before requesting updates.
Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before an order has shipped.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
